Building the Future

The mission of Enerblu Cogeneration Srl is to offer its customers technologically advanced energy-efficiency solutions, along with a service that constantly strives for excellence.

For this reason, the acquisition of COSTELL represents an important milestone in the history of our industrial group. It allows us to expand our offering and extend our market reach to industrial cogeneration and trigeneration plants with power outputs up to 20 MWe.

We look to the future with confidence, aware that joining forces in pursuit of the same goal is the key to meeting the challenges ahead.

Calls & Incentives

FER 2 Decree

After several years of waiting, the FER 2 Decree—with incentives for renewable energy for the period 2024–2028—was published on August 13.

Within the following 30 days, the Ministry, on the proposal of the Gestore dei Servizi Energetici, will approve the operational rules defining procedures and timelines for recognizing incentives.

Particular attention should be given to investments in the biogas sector which, thanks to this decree, will once again receive strong support.
The incentives included in the Decree are valid until the end of 2028, providing stability and reassurance for industry operators and for all potential clients evaluating new investments.

Enerblu, with over 200 biogas units supplied and managed through our service division, is ready and enthusiastic to face this new challenge!

Green Line – Energy Efficiency of Production Plants (Lombardy Region)

The Green Line, whose criteria were approved with Regional Resolution No. 7595 on December 15, 2022, is aimed at SMEs investing in energy efficiency measures for production plants, with the goal of reducing the environmental impact of production systems by lowering energy consumption, recovering energy and/or capturing greenhouse gases from existing processes.

Energy Efficiency for Enterprises in Veneto

The call supports the energy efficiency of micro, small and medium-sized enterprises with their registered office and/or local unit located in Veneto.

The financial resources are provided by Veneto Sviluppo Spa through the revolving fund “DGR No. 2216/13 – Unified operating provisions for the development of the Veneto production system,” together with the Veneto Chambers of Commerce on behalf of Unioncamere Veneto.

What incentives does the call provide?

The incentive granted consists of a subsidized loan covering 85% of the investment, with 50% financed by the Fund and the remaining 50% through private capital.

In addition, the company may request an additional non-repayable grant equal to 15% of the eligible expenses. This optional and supplementary grant is disbursed following the approval by Veneto Sviluppo Spa of the expense documentation submitted.

The incentives are granted for a minimum investment of €20,000 in eligible expenses and a maximum investment of €150,000 in eligible expenses.

The incentives provided under this call cannot be combined with other State aid granted for the same eligible costs and are awarded under the “de minimis” regulation.

What expenses are eligible?

The incentives cover the following types of expenses, to be incurred after application submission and within the established deadline:

  • Photovoltaic systems for self-production of energy to be used on-site;
  • Purchase and installation of solar thermal collectors and/or microcogeneration systems;
  • Purchase and installation of low-consumption machinery and equipment replacing those currently in use;
  • Purchase and installation of high-efficiency condensing boilers, biomass boilers or heat pumps replacing existing systems;
  • Purchase and installation of portable or fixed evaporative coolers that do not require refrigerants;
  • Purchase and installation of home automation systems for energy saving and consumption monitoring;
  • Purchase and installation of low-consumption LED lighting replacing traditional lighting (fluorescent, incandescent, halogen, etc.);
  • Technical reports for energy efficiency interventions related to the above investments, prepared and certified by qualified professionals.
