In 2005, in Forlì (FC), Costell Srl was founded, a company specialized in vegetable-oil and natural-gas generation and cogeneration systems, progressively expanding its power range over the years up to 20 MWe.
In 2013, in Lonigo (VI), Enerblu Cogeneration Srl was born, a young company with solid industrial roots, focused on designing plants from 20 kW to 2 MW and driven by the innovative spirit of a group of entrepreneurs.
In 2018, Finplace Due—represented by Walter Maiocchi, a key figure in the sector (among his achievements: leading Zanotti until its acquisition by the Daikin Group)—joined the company. His entry accelerated Enerblu’s technological development and commercial expansion, with a strategy oriented toward international markets.
In recent years, continuous innovation has led to strategic investments and the creation of new companies within the group:
2021 – Stellar: a startup dedicated to developing patents for hydrogen production, also usable in Enerblu cogenerators.
2022 – Acquisition of Costell Srl: a leading company in high-power cogeneration and EPC projects with internal combustion engines and gas turbines.
The subsequent merger between Enerblu Cogeneration and Costell marked the beginning of an industrial project aimed at technological and organizational evolution, built on the strengths and expertise of both companies.
This merger gave birth to Enerblu Srl, an Italian company that integrates technologies, engineering, production and advanced services to deliver complete solutions for energy efficiency.
The goal is clear: to develop innovative, sustainable and high-performance systems, contributing to the reduction of environmental impact and supporting the achievement of a true energy transition.
Enerblu’s product and service offering is constantly evolving, responding to the rapid transformations of the sector and ensuring access to the most advanced technologies. Today, for example, Enerblu is also a leader in renewable sectors such as biogas and photovoltaics.
